The quote for the Official Document Translation of my pension statement from Amharic was itemized and clear — translation, certification, postage — and the final invoice matched it exactly. The work was delivered in about a week and accepted by the passport agency without question. Refreshing honesty in an industry full of vague pricing.
Five-star Google reviewOrdered the ATA-Certified Translation of my mother's inheritance documents from Amharic for her immigration filing. The translator preserved an old-fashioned name spelling exactly as it appeared, which mattered for matching her other records. USCIS accepted everything. Turnaround was five business days. Grateful for the careful work.
Five-star Google reviewYou can tell when a translation was done by someone who actually speaks the language. The USA Certified Translation of my Ethiopian birth certificate from Amharic read naturally in English while staying faithful to the original, including the bureaucratic phrasing that trips up less experienced translators. Accepted by the family court with no questions, delivered in about a week.
Five-star Google reviewThe first draft of the Immigration Document Translation of my Ethiopian marriage certificate from Amharic had one date format that didn't match my other paperwork. I emailed them, and a corrected, re-certified version was back in my inbox the same afternoon at no charge. That kind of responsiveness is why the final version sailed through the immigration court without comment. Total time was still only 24 hours.

The translator preserved an old-fashioned name spelling exactly as it appeared, which mattered for matching her other records. USCIS accepted everything. Turnaround was about a week. Five-star Google reviewMy attorney warned me that USCIS is picky about translations, so I went with Locate Translate for the USCIS Certified Translation of my academic transcripts from Amharic. The translation came with a proper certificate of accuracy, the translator's credentials were included, and USCIS accepted everything with no RFE. Whole thing took four business days.
Five-star Google reviewOrdered the USA Legal Translation of my mother's Ethiopian birth certificate from Amharic for her immigration filing. The translator preserved an old-fashioned name spelling exactly as it appeared, which mattered for matching her other records. USCIS accepted everything. Turnaround was four business days. Grateful for the careful work.
Five-star Google reviewThe consulate in the Dominican Republic wanted my driver's license translated and apostilled, and I had no idea where to start. The coordinator at Locate Translate explained the process clearly, gave me one quote covering the USA Certified Translation and the apostille, and delivered everything in three business days. The apostille was attached correctly and the consulate accepted it on the first visit.
